A lot of things happened this year. The change is tremendous and I'm still in the process of digesting all of it.
I've realized the only way that I can go through is going slow. Like chewing food carefully before sending them to stomach.
I may write on BIG paper saying 'ゆっくり'('slow' in Japaneses) and put it on my wall in new year.
今年はいろいろなことが起こって激動の一年となりました。
そのいろいろは今だに進行中なので今はただ、ゆっくりと進む、ということに集中してゆくしかなさそうです。
私はもともとせっかちなので、これはけっこう心掛けないといけません。でも不器用なので、焦っているわりには結果的にゆっくりなった、というパターンが多いです。
ゆ っ く り と書き初めでもして壁にでも貼りたい気分です。
